This biblically-based program has two 13-week rotations, one beginning in September and one beginning in January.

Each week, we view a video featuring insights from Christian experts, personal stories of people grieving a death, and dramatic re-enactments to help you through the grieving process.

After the video, you will participate in a small-group discussion, guided by your group leader. During this time, you will also discuss the workbook exercises and how they helped you through the week.
