This program works with the individual and/or families to enable them to develop and maintain independent living skills. Working together with the client we assess the needs, the situation as well as the clients’ strengths, and support networks to determine their goals. As we walk alongside the client we will teach them advocacy, we link them with community resources and help them adjust to challenges in their lives.
